Cocktail of mussels

Ingredients
200 g of canned clams
150 g mayonnaise
100 g cream
10 g ketchup
lemon 1
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
salt
Method
Drained clams are added to the shattered cream, mayonnaise and ketchup, seasoned and placed in champagne glasses. The rim of the glasses are placed in water and chopped parsley, and on the bottom a sheet of green salad. In the center of the cup by means of a spray cream is poured, and the edge of the cup is fixed slice of lemon.
