Cookies Ginger

Ingredients
500 g flour
3 eggs
125 g butter
1 tbsp cocoa
120 g of quince jam
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp grated orange peel
200 g ground almonds
150 g brown sugar
200 g chocolate
Method
All products (without chocolate) Pour into a large bowl with 1 tbsp cold water. Involved smooth dough. Roll out and cut cookies. Arranged in a slightly greased baking dish. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes. The chocolate was melted on a water bath. The cookies to dip in it and leave in refrigerator to cure him.
