Ingredients
300 g flour
150 g butter
70 g sugar
2 yolks
150 g almonds
Method
Stir well the butter with the sugar, add egg yolks, beating, finally put the flour and medium hard Knead dough. Tearing the dough balls as small walnut, roll them, dip in white, then in pre-soaked, peeled and cut into thin strips lengthwise almonds. Arrange them in a buttered and floured pan. Bake in a moderate oven.
