Ingredients
          100 g pumpkin
          2 potatoes
          20 g butter
          50 g cream for cooking
          50 g pumpkin seeds
          ginger
          salt and pepper
          mix lemon juice

          Method
              Clean the pumpkin and potatoes. Cut them into pieces and put in 1 liter of cold water and cook them. Season with salt and pepper mix. Add the cream, the butter and lemon juice and blend until a homogeneous mixture. Pumpkin seeds bake in preheated pan and garnish the soup with them.
