Creamy mussels

Ingredients
10-12 large mussels
1 tbsp cream
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 lemon
salt
white pepper
Method
Shells are cleaned and are flooded with water at a ratio of 1: 2. Boil at low boil for 10-15 minutes, until the shells open. As prepared meat is separated from the shell, washed again, flavor and returns to the half shell. Top smeared with cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Mussels are arranged in a baking dish with a little water and baked. Serve with lemon.
