Dessert * Apricot color *

Ingredients
500 g apricots
200 g cottage cheese
500 g cream
50 ml rum
5 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp milk
vanilla
Method
Clean apricots from stones and saute them in a pan for 5-6 minutes with granulated sugar and 2 tbsp water. Remove the fetus and in up the cold syrup mix the cottage cheese. Add rum and shattered with milk cream and powdered sugar. Mix everything, pour into a bowl, garnish with apricot halves. You can sprinkle with chopped almonds or walnuts. Serve well chilled dessert.
