Dobrudjanska pita

Ingredients
500 g readymade dough
feta cheese
1 egg
200 g mayonnaise

Method
Roll out the dough, then smeared with mayonnaise and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Wound on a roll, cut into pieces, which are arranged in a buttered pan. Leave to rise, smeared with egg and bake.

I am connected with Dobruzha and for me it is a symbol of quality and delicious meals, I do not agree that a true Dobrudja cake can be made of the finished dough!

Taka saw the recipe and so save it. Rules and I like it. But the recipe is not mine, so you can give the recipe for dough.

We have a bakery where they sell great batter. Since these I am too lazy to interfere will take this idea Baby :)

I wrote the recipe from a friend who has relatives in Dobrich. There are make it, wrote it down from there she was.

I'm sure you'll like Fanny. And to stuffing can add and sausage. Matter of taste.

I make this cake for years and always poluchava- easy and delicious, but always daub it with oil, not mayonnaise. Next time I'll try and so :)
