Dolmas meat of turkey and salo

Ingredients
1 kg white meat turkey
100 g salo
1 sour cabbage
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
1-2 onions
pepper
pepper
salt
cabbage juice
Method
Turkey meat cut into cubes and salo - thin rectangular pieces. Add salt, if not salo salt and sprinkle with pepper. Cleared the leaves of cabbage and each sheet is placed on one piece of meat, and 1 piece of salo. The dolmas wrap and arrange in pan, the bottom of which is covered with cabbage leaves or slightly crushed cabbage. In the oil fry the chopped onion, stained with red pepper and pour over the dolmas. Add equally water and cabbage juice so as to cover the dolmas, stacked with a plate and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
