Dried fruit compote- special
300 g dried fruit (apples, pears, plums, apricots)
200 g sugar
rind of 1 lemon

Dry fruits are washed several times in lukewarm of water and poured over a liter and a half of cold water. Boil until complete softening like plums are placed later than other fruits since they are more rapidly and dissolved. The sugar is caramelized and added to compost. It placed the sticks of cinnamon and grated lemon rind, then compost again boil and immediately remove from heat. Serve cold.
