Dumplings of cottage cheese with semolina

Ingredients
400 g cottage cheese
50 g butter or margarine
80 g sugar
1 egg
120 g semolina
40 g flour
1 vanilla
40 g breadcrumbs or crushed biscuit

Method
Beat with mixer foam half butter, sugar, egg, meal, flour, strained cottage cheese and vanilla. From this mixture dough formed into balls that are placed on a board sprinkled with flour. Placed in a large vessel with salted boiling water and cook in open court until ready. Separately, melt the remaining butter to sgoreshtyavane and add breadcrumbs or crushed biscuit. Boiled dumplings are removed with a slotted spoon and rolled in breadcrumbs.

This time I made dumplings without sugar put inside. One part roll in breadcrumbs and thoroughly sprinkled with powdered sugar. The other part Meadow jam melon. Both options were gorgeous!

Sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with cherry jam - all are delicious! :)
