Fritters Ivka

Ingredients
450 g yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp grated feta cheese
1 tsp salt
flour as soft dough
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Involved soft dough with the products. Allow to rest 15 minutes. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut with cutter or the rim of the glass. Fritters are fried in more fat. * Eggs and milk should be at room temperature. Yogurt is a lower fat content.

Today I tried the recipe and get a wonderful breakfast! Thanks for the recipe and sorry I did not stay for a photo - just devoured in no time!

Many are delicious. I toyed slightly and crop with shapes. Became like bites.

Avoid fried foods, but never found a recipe for fritters baked in the oven :) When I decide to pamper men with a delicious breakfast, always resort to this recipe!

I'm very sorry that I failed to write. Very tasty and fast becoming. Always prepare them. Good for breakfast and lunch and dinner at any time with cold buttermilk or chilled watermelon.
