Dutch French toast with cinnamon (Wentelteefjes)

Ingredients
8 slices dry white bread
3 eggs
200 ml milk
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 tsp sugar
100 g butter or sunflower oil for frying
sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling

Method
Eggs in the bowl with milk, sugar and cinnamon. Slices of bread dipped in egg mixture until soaked nice and fry in preheated oil. Fried slices are served warm, sprinkled with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
