Dutch omelet rustic

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
80 g cheese
2 eggs
50 g smoked brisket
1 onion
10 g parsley
pepper, salt, nutmeg
Method
Peel the potatoes, grate in large pieces grater, add to fried in melted salo (smoked brisket) and sandwiching onion, fry. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley. Previously beaten and seasoned eggs are poured on top and lightly fry. Serve with green salad.
