Eggplant Parmedzhano

Ingredients
1 onion
1 clove garlic
500 g chopped tomatoes
600 g eggplant
300 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
basil
butter
sunflower oil

Method
Eggplant cut into slices and fry. Finely chopped onion fry in the oil, is put crushed garlic and tomatoes, basil and boil 30 minutes away. In a buttered baking dish put a layer sauce lining is eggplants and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes away 250 S.
