Ingredients
1 chilled chicken
4 small carrots
7-8 small potatoes
500 g minced meat
500 g whole small field mushrooms
1 egg
1 cup white wine
pepper, salt, tarragon
Method
Very carefully take off the skin of the chicken so that it remains intact. Then boned, cut into large pieces and mixed with other products (excluding carrots, potatoes and half of wine). Stow it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Stuff the skin of the chicken with the mixture and shape the legs and wings with carrots. Sew, put chicken, potatoes and remaining wine in a bag for baking. Bake hour and a half. Serve it whole and cut the slices.
