Fast, dizzying fries

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 pinches of tarragon (Tharos)
pinch of red pepper (cayenne can)
1 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp dill
Fast, dizzying fries

Method
Well washed potatoes are peeled and cut into cubes. Put in a Teflon pan and pour in water to cover them. Add other products without the butter and dill, put the lid on the pan and simmer. When the water evaporates, sautéed potatoes with the butter and dill.
