Fillet of zander gratinato

Ingredients
6 fillets of zander (happens with other species)
4 eggs
100 g breadcrumbs
100 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
1/2 lemon - zest and juice
50 ml zehti
fennel and lovage optional
pepper, salt

Method
Mix all products, fish roll, arrange in pan on baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees for 20 minutes.
