Ingredients
800 g sugar
1.2 kg flour
5 eggs
200 g butter
Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Egg whites are fighting in the snow along with 300 g of sugar, and the rest is broken yolks and the butter. Gently mix the two mixtures and add flour. Bake in moderate oven on baking paper.
