Ingredients
          1 kg of fish hake
          2 and 1/2 cup grated tomatoes
          1/2 cup sunflower oil
          1/3 cup vinegar
          1 tbsp sugar
          1 tbsp salt
          pepper, paprika, bay leaf
          1/2 cup peas
          2 carrots
          5-6 pickles
              Method
              Fish is cleaned and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients in a pressure cooker (nothing fry).   When a boil, reduce heat and boil 20 minutes. Then (if necessary), add a little flour.
