Fish soup with roasted vegetables

Ingredients
500 g of fish (mackerel)
500 g potatoes
1 cup Rice
2 carrots
leek
1/2 zucchini
100 g corn
salt, sunflower oil
celery, parsley
1-2 tbsp vermicelli

Method
Leek, carrot and zucchini cut into preferred size, but not thick and together with fish baked on grill pan, until the vegetables get good baked kind. During this time, cut potatoes and with corn put to boil with water and a little sunflower oil, add the rice and - washed. Add grilled vegetables with fish. Boil about 20 minutes. Taste of salt, add noodles, celery according to the preference of taste. When serving can be sprinkled with parsley.
