Forest stew

Ingredients
750 g mutton, lamb or veal
1/2 cup (100 g) fat
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
6-7 (500 g) red tomatoes
2 cup (300 g) mushrooms
8-10 (500 g) peppers
4-5 chili peppers
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1 head of garlic
savory
dill
parsley
salt
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in preheated oil with chopped onion, then sauté of the chopped red tomatoes, pour broth or hot water and boil on medium heat until soft. Then add chopped mushrooms and julienne peppers, chili peppers purposes, peeled cloves of garlic and salt to taste. After 15-20 minutes, add the rice and other tomatoes, cut into circles. Pour over a little water and dovaryava on low heat. Sprinkle with chopped savory, dill and parsley and serve.

dish is superb. I tried it a couple of times and especially delicious when it is prepared in a clay pot.
