Fried chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken
salt
flour
egg 1
breadcrumbs
frying fat
1 lemon
3-4 sprigs of parsley
1 salad
Method
Clear chicken cut into four (breast bone removed) , rubbed with salt, add some flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry (about 15 minutes) in the highly preheated oil on both sides until golden-yellow color. Drain well and serve on salad leaves garnished with lemon and parsley.
