Fried croquettes

Ingredients
500 g minced meat mixture
1 thick slice dry white bread without crust
5-6 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp raisins
1/2 onion
20 g butter
2 eggs
salt
black pepper
pinch of grated nutmeg
2 tbsp flour
5-6 tbsp breadcrumbs
parsley
frying fat
# For the sauce:
2 pickles
6 tbsp cream
1 tbsp starch
lemon juice
dill
salt
Method
Minced meat add salt and mixed with bread crumbs. Allow to rest. Chopped onion fry in the butter until golden color with parsley, sprinkle with flour and cool down, add the minced meat. Add the walnuts, raisins, pepper and grated nutmeg. The whole was kneaded to obtain a homogeneous dough. Are made croquettes (like meatballs) PANIC in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until light yellow color. In the same fat sauce made from starch mixed into the cream and chopped pickles. Season to taste with salt, dill and a few drops of lemon juice, boil and retired from the fire.
