Fried fillet of trout

Ingredients
8 slices of trout (about 800 g)
lemon juice
salt
pepper
1 egg
2-3 tbsp milk
flour
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying
60 g butter
Method
Fish slices cleaned of skin and bones, scatter with lemon juice and leave for ten minutes, then add salt and pepper scatter. Breaded are as pressed into a meal, then dipped in egg, milk broken, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in very heated vegetable oil. Put in a heated dish and pour in the melted butter.
