Fried hake

Ingredients
hake filets
2 eggs
salt
pepper
flour
breadcrumbs

Method
Fillet and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Rolled in flour, then dip in egg and breadcrumbs in the Oval. Pressed for breadcrumbs to stick well. Leave for a while in the fridge to harden breading. Fry in a hot sunflower oil.
