Fried Hake with beer

Ingredients
hake fish fillets
# For the dough:
1 egg
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup beer
salt

Method
The yolk is mixed with flour and beer to obtain a thick batter of pancake. Egg white mix of snow and was carefully added. Pieces of fish add salt, roll in flour, dip in the dough and fry in heated sunflower oil.

Last night panicked fillets of hake thus we like, puffed and became very beautiful (drank a lot of beer hahaha), but as I was about to photograph them and they ate!

This reminds me of the paste paste fillet fritters, breaded with beer is really good.
