Fried peppers with cheese

Ingredients
6 large peppers
300-400 g feta cheese
1 head of garlic
1/2 bunch of dill
about 100 ml vinegar
sunflower oil
Method
Peppers are cleared from the stems and seeds and drilled 1-2 places with a fork. Cut into thick pieces of feta cheese is placed inside. Fry the hot sunflower oil to form a light crust as peppers Ham have passed through the fire, yet slightly crunching. Make a mixture of crushed garlic, dill (chopped), vinegar and 1 tbsp sunflower oil and finished peppers are flooded with it.
