Ingredients
500 g potatoes
2 tbsp flour
2 eggs
salt
pepper
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and still hot is passed through the press. Add the flour, eggs, salt and pepper. It is well kneaded and allowed to rest for about 20 minutes. Formed into balls as small walnut, rolled in flour and fry in plenty of sunflower oil. Served to roast or stew.

Very tasty, it reminds me of potato croquettes! Can put a little fresh parsley! :)
