Frit with smoked chicken

Ingredients
500 g of meat smoked chicken
8 eggs
5 tbsp grated parmesan
100 g cheese
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp basil
1 tomato
1 green pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces. Eggs are broken and mixed with meat and cheese, diced 4 tbsp parmesan, thyme and basil. Becomes heated olive oil in a pan and pour it into the mixture. Allow to stand for 10 minutes on medium heat until almost set. From time to time, is lifted upward to descend the liquid part of the eggs at the bottom. Top cover with slices of tomatoes and pepper and sprinkle with a little Parmesan. The oven is very hot, the BBQ is moved to the highest level and the pan is placed, to seal fritatata top. Panhandle remains sticking out. Serve cut into portions with fresh salad.
