Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
1 vanilla powder
vegetable oil for frying

Method
Eggs are broken with yogurt. Add flour, salt and baking soda. The mixture was stirred well. With a wooden spoon, moistened with water, paddle mixture and put into preheated oil. fritters fry on both sides until browned. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar (or overwhelmed with fruit syrup).

Very tasty but very greasy. Today I made them for the first time.

My grandmother was a master of these fritters and makes them almost without a recipe - getting into the mixture of eye and always receive very tasty. Are wonderful! I tell them greasy fritters because fry in very fat, but if you put on a napkin, not so greasy :)

soda not you put in yoghurt it rise and then everything else?
