Fruit roll

Ingredients
4 eggs
100 g sugar
50 g cornstarch
100 g ground almonds
75 g melted butter
pinch of salt
200 g jam peaches
200 g raspberries
1 tsp caster sugar

Method
Heat oven to 200 C. In a rectangular shape with dimensions 35h40 put greased pastry paper. Mix 1 egg and 3 egg yolks with sugar. Add starch, almonds and the butter. Carefully add the beaten whites with the salt of snow. Pour the mixture into the well distributed and bake 10 minutes. Then distributed sweet peach on baked roll, turn with the help of cloth and leave to cool completely. Beat with a mixer 75 g raspberries and 5 g of powdered sugar and syrup thus obtained are drawn stripes on the roll. Finally, garnish with fresh raspberries.
