Gazpacho

Ingredients
600 g tomatoes
2 onions
1/2 cup (100 ml) red wine
1 sour krastavchka
8 black olives
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
sugar
pepper
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Tomatoes are placed in boiling water, peel , cut into small pieces and mix with chopped onions. Put salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and wine. Garlic beat mechanically, mixed with red pepper and under continuous stirring the oil was added dropwise. Garlic mixture is poured into tomatoes. Add diced cucumber and chopped olives. Soup mix, cooled before presenting sprinkle with chopped parsley.

I live over 3 years in Spain. I worked many months in the kitchen and I cooked gazpacho tens of liters per day ... And here is definitely not its method of preparation. Gazpacho is good blending and rarely as top add a little finely chopped pepper, egg and some tuna! Olives are not employed at all, wine even less.
