Gazpacho with yogurt

Ingredients
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
250 g yogurt
1 cucumber
1 kg tomatoes
1 boiled egg yolk
3 tbsp vinegar
1 bunch parsley
salt

Method
Peeled tomatoes, onion, garlic, cucumber finely chopped and Strain. Add yogurt, olive oil and vinegar and leave in the fridge. When serving decorate with crushed yolk, parsley and ice cubes.
