Grated salad

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
300 g carrots
500 g beetroot
onion or green onion
100-150 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
2-3 eggs
500 g mayonnaise
yogurt
garlic
solcheren pepper
salt
Method
Cook the vegetables separately. Grate in large pieces grater. Lining is layered in a glass bowl or pan. 1 line - grated boiled potatoes flavored with chopped onion, salt and pepper. 2 line - grated boiled beets, sprinkle with garlic salt kick. 3 row - grated boiled carrot. 4 line - grated feta cheese. line 5 - grated boiled eggs. Each row is watered with a diluted yoghurt with a little mayonnaise. Do not stir. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Allow to stand for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. Cut into pastries. Between the layers you can put soft salami chopped. The salad can be done without beet, but it becomes more impressive.
