Greek chicken soup

Ingredients
800 g chicken gizzards, livers and hearts
50 g rice
sunflower oil
2 eggs
parsley
pepper
1 lemon
Method
Boil the chicken giblets and cut them. To the cooked giblets added cleaned, washed and drained rice. Boiling continued until soft rice. Finally add the finely chopped parsley and milled pepper. Thicken with beaten eggs with lemon juice.
