Greek mussels

Ingredients
2 kg mussels
2 eggs
4-5 tbsp milk
150 g flour
1 tbsp baking powder
oil
pepper
salt
Method
Cleanse well the clams and place them in a bowl of water and coarse salt to stand for 2 hours. Again you clear each shell and leave them under running water for about 15 minutes. Boil them and after cool removed from the shell. Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper, place them in beaten eggs with milk, then flour mixed with baking powder and fry in olive oil until flushing.
