Green rice balls

Ingredients
500 g rice
2 bunches of parsley
2 bunches dill
2 tsp cayenne pepper
salt
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Rice is cleared and fry in 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil. Pour 4 cups water and boil until the water evaporates. Rice add salt and leave to cool. Then mixed with red pepper and chopped vegetable spices. From the mixture form small balls and fry in heated sunflower oil.
