Gyuvetch brass rice
Ingredients
750 g fat mutton (belt or front)
1 cup (200 g) rice
100 g butter
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is cut into pieces, add salt and sprinkle with finely chopped pepper, pour a little hot water and bake in the oven until it is short. Add the rice and the butter. Pour over the 3 cups hot water, stir and dopicha.
