Gyuvetch mince

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
3 peppers
tomatoes 3
1 cup Rice
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp butter
salt
parsley
pepper
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in the oil. Add chopped peppers, rice and grated tomatoes. Stew about 10 minutes and pour into pan. Minced meat fry in the butter and add to the vegetable mixture. Mix, flavor, put it finely chopped parsley, 3 cups water and cook in the oven until the top is a brown crust.

Cornelia again give a good idea! I'll try, but it will not fry the minced meat and straight will mix with steamed vegetables.
