Gyuvetch pepper

Ingredients
150 g feta cheese
500 g peppers
100 g onion
200 g tomatoes
200 g peas
2 eggs
100 ml sunflower oil
60 g butter
40 g flour
200 g yogurt
paprika
parsley
salt
Method
Chop the onion finely and stew in sunflower oil until soft. Add consecutively peppers, cut into strips, peas, tomatoes, chopped, red pepper and flour. Stir and pour into stew. Add the grated feta cheese, parsley and salt. Dish stir and put in a hot oven. Towards the end of baking pour a mixture of yogurt and the beaten eggs. Add and pieces of the butter. Bake again and serve.
