Ingredients
appetizer pepper 1
2 eggs
400 g canned sardines
4 tomatoes
60 g olives
sunflower oil
vinegar
Method
Cleaned, cut into thin rings pepper are arranged in a large dish, rank and cut into rings tomatoes, drained of fat sardines, hard boiled and cut into rings of eggs, olives and the mixture is cooled. The oil and vinegar are served separately.
