Ingredients
Lecho 5 kg tomatoes
1 kg carrots
5 kg green peppers
100 g salt
200 ml sunflower oil
1 cup sugar
100 ml vinegar
1 head of garlic

Method
Tomatoes are ground and carrots grate. Put them in a large pot and neck of the fire 20 minutes. Then add the chopped peppers. Boil for 20 minutes. Add salt, sugar, the oil, vinegar and chopped garlic. Letcho boil for another 10 minutes while stirring so as not to burn. Pour into dry jars, sealed, turn and turn with a thick blanket. After 24 hours fold jars in the pantry. Durability 1 year.
