Ice Cream drained yogurt

Ingredients
1.2 kg yogurt
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
1 vanilla
200 g cream
Method
Yogurt pour in muslin cloth and drain for 2-3 hours (can be used and ready drained). Cream mix until fluffy with 3-4 tbsp icing sugar and to this is added the drained yogurt, mixed with the remaining sugar and vanilla. Cocoa was triturated with a little hot water, cooled and stirred with 1/2 of milk-cream mixture. Both mixtures (white and colored cocoa) loose alternating layers in mono or one large shape and leave in refrigerator for several hours. Decorate optional.
