Ice Watermelon

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup cubed watermelon
1 packet gelatin
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cream spray
Method
Blend watermelon with blender until pureed. Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup of puree. The remaining amount put to boil. Step away from the fire and add the dissolved gelatin, stir until dissolved. Add the lemon juice and cool the mixture. Spill in glass bowls or cups, cover them and leave them in the freezer for about 7 hours. Serve garnished with cream.
