I bought seedless grapes. But loose jam into jars saw there was one small images of soft seeds (here and there). I do not know what variety, but is small and red. Sweet was very nice. Looks like a sweet cherry. I did and white grapes.

Ladies, 1 liter of water is not too much? I put 1 kg of sugar 1 cup of water. Please share your experience. And if at the end of cooking of sweet paste and cut into pieces of walnuts will kill the fish straight!

There is no problem to minimize water. I think if you put 1cup or 1l leads to a change of the time of preparation, not the final result. Just in 1l digested longer. For example, I put 0. 5l, because I considered it unjustified to brew longer. As I repeat the recipe will try and even less water. And with nuts I decided to try it - rather it was uploaded just such a recipe, but I did not have nuts available and it resorted to this (without nuts).
