Method
The fruit is cut into pieces and put in a machine bread (baking) is poured sugar on it is placed the pectin and the top was placed citric acid. Place a tray in the oven and run the program for jam / marmalade. Once the program is over sweet immediately packed in dry jars, sealed with caps and turns with the cap down, leaving so until cooling of jars. From this dose I took 4 jam jars and 1 baby puree. My machine is for 1.3 kg bread and this dose happily collected inside without me and without boiling require additional stirring. I run my program and after 1 hour and 20 minutes jam is ready. It can be made with other fruits. I tried with minced meat prunes and get a great jam. The recipe is my idea of Tina Donna slightly modified by me. Thank very much for that idea.

Lovely, will be happy if you appeal and taste :)

pepolina, thanks for the recipe! Sweet Made Easy and delicious! I rule the stove, not in bread machine, because I had plenty of fruit. When I was little and my mother made it sweet, add the peeled sweet kernels of apricots. My proved bitter, so I put peeled almonds :)

Dobby with nuts will become fantasy. I've done sweet plum with almond nut inside and becomes divine inspiration:) Thank you for your trust!
