Japanese nests

Ingredients
500 g optional seasoned mince mixture
300 g potatoes
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
3-4 small carrots
1/3 cup green peas
5-6 black olives
10 small kartofcheta
100 g cheese
Method
Potatoes, carrots and peas are cooked separately. To add the minced meat mash the potatoes, 1 egg and 1 egg yolk. It is well kneaded mixture is divided into 5 parts, are made large meatballs and Oval with plenty of breadcrumbs. Leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
