Japanese salad

Ingredients
200 g feta cheese or Emmental cheese
250 g potatoes
50 g canned peas
250 g canned tuna or other fish of your choice
1 onion
1 tsp mustard
1/4 pm .ch. sunflower oil
3 tbsp vinegar
pinch of sugar
1 tsp pepper
salt
olives for decoration
Method
Cook potatoes and peel. Mustard mix well with the oil. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir nice. Add the chopped onion, grated Emmental, diced potatoes, peas and fish. Mix. Put it in a suitable dish and garnish with olives.
