Jellied meat Mosaic

Ingredients
500 g chicken
2-3 pickles
250 g cooked mushrooms
1-2 pickled peppers
2 eggs
100 g peas
1-2 carrot
bay leaf, allspice, black pepper
20 g gelatin

Method
The meat is cooked with bay leaf and allspice, otpenva and salt it takes out of the broth and strain it. All products are cut into cubes, as carrot is cooked in advance. In 6 small bowls distribute products without meat, pour a part broth in which we dissolved gelatin half, so cover them. Allow to stand in the refrigerator for an hour, during which time the meat is cut into small pieces and seasoned with pepper. Put it on the vegetables and pour the remaining broth in which the other is dissolved gelatin. Leave for a few hours in the refrigerator before serving dip buy in hot water, turn and decorate with mayonnaise and parsley.
