Jelly of cottage cheese

Ingredients
400 g cottage cheese
4 eggs
100 g sugar
12 g gelatin
1 lemon
1 vanilla
Method
With mixer beat egg yolks of the eggs, add sugar, strained cottage cheese, the molten gelatin in a water bath and lemon juice and mix. The products are added to the beaten egg whites stiff and stir gently. Flavored with grated lemon rind and vanilla packet. The mixture was poured into shapes wetted with cold water. Pour a cold to gel. Before the presentation trays are placed in hot water and turn onto a plate.
